These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Supreme Partner Programme (“SPP”, “Programme”), operated by SUPREME CAR DETAILING LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By joining or using the Programme, you (“Partner”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. The Programme
SPP provides business systems, marketing structure, training, and operational support to independent car detailing businesses. The Programme supports partners in generating leads, managing bookings, and improving business performance.
SPP does not operate as a franchise. Partners remain independent business owners.
2. Independent Business Status
You acknowledge and agree that:
• You operate as an independent business
• You are not an employee, agent, or legal representative of SUPREME CAR DETAILING LTD
• You are fully responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licences, and legal compliance
• You are solely responsible for the services you deliver to your customers
Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
3. Use of Branding
Partners operate under their own business name and branding.
You may not present your business as being owned by, operated by, or legally part of SUPREME CAR DETAILING LTD.
You may reference participation in the Programme only in ways approved by us.
4. Programme Systems & Materials
We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Programme systems, tools, processes, training, and materials for the purpose of operating your business while enrolled.
You may not:
• Copy, sell, share, or distribute Programme materials
• Give access to non-partners
• Reverse-engineer or replicate systems outside the Programme
All intellectual property remains the property of SUPREME CAR DETAILING LTD.
5. Marketing & Leads
We may provide marketing structure, guidance, and systems designed to generate customer enquiries.
We do not guarantee:
• A specific number of leads
• A specific income level
• Business success
Results depend on market conditions, effort, skill, and adherence to the Programme.
6. Partner Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Deliver services professionally and to a high standard
• Communicate respectfully with customers
• Honour bookings and appointments
• Maintain appropriate insurance and legal compliance
• Follow Programme systems and processes where required
You are fully responsible for handling customer complaints, refunds, and service issues.
7. Fees & Payments
Programme fees, payment terms, and billing arrangements are agreed separately during onboarding.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Programme systems.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential all Programme systems, strategies, training, pricing models, and internal information.
You may not disclose confidential information to third parties during or after participation.
9. Data Protection
Both parties agree to comply with UK data protection laws.
Where partners collect customer data, the partner acts as the Data Controller. SPP may act as a Data Processor where systems are provided.
You are responsible for your own customer privacy compliance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for business losses, loss of profits, or loss of revenue
• We are not liable for customer disputes or service failures
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
• You breach these Terms
• You misuse Programme systems
• You damage the reputation of the Programme
You may leave the Programme in accordance with the agreed notice period.
Upon termination, you must stop using all Programme systems and materials.
12. Changes to the Programme
We may update systems, processes, or these Terms where necessary. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
